Stuart Roberts

Stuart Roberts, Director of Research and Healthcare and Biotechnology Analyst: Stuart has been an analyst at Southern Cross Equities in Sydney since April 2001. Stuart is a journalist by training and has complimented these skills with a Masters Degree in Finance from Finsia. Stuart has previously worked at the ASX and investor publication firms... Stuart is an avid researcher of his chosen speciality.

Daniel Blair

Daniel Blair, Telco Analyst. Daniel's 8-years corporate experience in the sector gives him a specialist insight. Prior to joining Southern Cross Equities, Daniel spent 4 years with the Telecom NZ Group as part of their corporate strategy and M&A function. Previous to that Daniel worked in the European telco market with Cables & Wireless Plc. Daniel has degrees in law and corporate finance.

Peter Chapman

Peter Chapman, Resource Analyst, Peter has over 25 years experience in the resources investment sector mostly in stock broking with some years spent also in funds management. Peter's technical (engineering) and financial (MBA) training preceded his vast and varied experience gained in all facets of the industry.

TS Lim

TS Lim, Financials Analyst, TS spent 17 years in ASB Bank and Commonwealth Bank prior to joining Southern Cross Equities. He was involved in group strategy, mergers & acquisitions, JVs and capital management in the Office of the CEO, and also spent time in financial management in CBA's retail banking and financial services divisions.

Tim Mann

Tim Mann, Industrials Analyst, With 10 years investment experience, Tim's focus at Southern Cross Equities is on emerging growth companies and mid-cap Industrials. Tim has degrees in law and commerce and Securities Institute qualifications.

Alexandra McPhee

Alexandra McPhee, Industrial Analyst, has worked in financial markets for over 15 years. Alexandra’s primary area of focus is the consumer goods sector, notably beverages, and Alexander has consistently been part of rated industry teams. Prior to joining Southern Cross in 2007, Alexandra was based in Adelaide where she ultimately led a major corporate advisory group’s specialist wine advisory team. Alexandra has worked with international security firms as well as providing long-term strategic consultancy services to major industry bodies.

Andrew Peros

Andrew Peros, Consumer/Rural Analyst. Andrew joined the research team in 2007 with 8 years Accounting experience. Andrew worked as an Insolvency Accountant for the majority of that time, however he also acquired experience in Business Services and Tax. Andrew has a Commerce degree and has almost completed his studies to become a Chartered Accountant.

Dinesh Pillutla

Dinesh Pillutla, Property Analyst, Dinesh has over 10 years experience in the property market. Dinesh’s roles have involved the analysing of both the listed and unlisted property sectors as well as working with active property managers. Dinesh’s property insight has been gained from his work with institutional property managers as well as security advisory groups.

Lafitani Sotiriou

Lafitani Sotiriou, Analyst, joins the team with over 5 years experience in the banking & finance sector, having worked at both national & multinational firms. His earlier role included managing dealer group relationships, and later progressed to a relationship manager position working with mid-cap multi-national corporations. He is currently enrolled at UNSW in the Master of Commerce program.

Joel Weiss

Joel Weiss, Assistant Analyst, Joel’s role is to support Southern Cross Equities research team. Joel is undertaking tertiary studies in commerce and law.
