Southern Cross Equities Ltd as an independent stockbroker offers its professional high net worth clients an individually managed portfolio service. We structure for each investor a direct market portfolio geared to meet their investment goals and aspirations. We continuously monitor each client’s portfolio and direct changes in the portfolio as market conditions evolve.

Each mandated portfolio service is managed under a Discretionary Investment Management Agreement with the portfolio tailored to meet the client’s mandate. As part of our service we CHESS sponsor the client’s portfolio and organise for the recording and payment of all income and capital returns. All ongoing corporate actions resulting from the securities in the portfolio are actioned.

Through a series of regular and ongoing meetings we discuss with each client the performance of their portfolio and implement approved strategies designed to enhance performance within the confines of the client’s mandate.

As part of our service, we provide a comprehensive portfolio reporting system designed to ensure that clients have the documentation and information to meet their reporting needs.
