Trevor Cain

Trevor Cain, Director, has qualified in Accounting and Finance and has over 20 years experience in the capital markets. Trevor has worked in the equity and debt markets and spent time working with Australia’s corporate regulator. Trevor is Southern Cross Equities’ Compliance Director.

Les Blake

Les Blake, Operations Manager, has over 20 years experience in broking back office operations. Les has been involved in significant structural change of the broking operations in Australia, including the implementation of CHESS. Les has held a number of senior back office positions for international security firms and has responsibility for managing settlement/corporate actions & securities lending operations.

Steve Franklin

Steve Franklin, Network Administrator. Steven’s background includes eight years experience in Information Technology together with four years experience in the financial services sector. Steven has worked both locally and abroad, within small and international companies and uses the knowledge and experience he has gained to assist and support Southern Cross Equities' platforms.

Luke Ghossein

Luke Ghossein, heads up the firms Information Technology. Luke has ten years experience in IT with seven being within stockbroking services and recently two for a global consulting firm. Luke brings to Southern Cross Equities experienced knowledge in financial information and trading systems, telecommunications, networking and security. Luke is focused on improving business systems, project implementations and customer service.

Melissa Waller

Melissa Waller, Administration Officer, has over 14 years experience in stockbroking and has been with Southern Cross Equities for over 7 years. Melissa has responsibility for broking administration processes and the handling of client requests.
