Southern Cross Equities Ltd is an independent stockbroker and emerging investment and advisory firm dedicated to servicing the financial needs of institutions, corporations and high net worth clients. We hold an Australian Financial Services Licence that authorises us to advise our clients and deal on their behalf.

Southern Cross Equities Ltd is a trading participant of the Australian Stock Exchange and is structured around four core divisions being - the trading of equity products, the provision of corporate services, the administration and management of client funds and the distribution of research and commentary products.

Southern Cross Equity directly interfaces into the ASX's trading platform and the firm trades equities, options and other listed derivative products for the firm's clients.  The Firm is third party cleared by Berndale Securities, a wholly owned subsidiary of Merrill Lynch (Australia) and the Firm's clients look to Berndale as their the settlement and clearing counterparty for transactions executed by the Firm on the ASX.

Southern Cross Equities Ltd is an Australian public company that is fully owned by Bell Financial Group Ltd.  More detail on the ASX listed Bell Financial Group can be found at www.bellfg.com.au.

The Firm is governed by its Board of Directors and has appointed Brent Potts as its Executive Chairman. The Firm requires two Executive Directors to contractually bind the Firm.
