Charlie has been consistently ranked in the top 3 dealers in Australia. Charlie has led the development and management of Southern Cross Equities' dealing team. He provides leadership and market commentary through his insightful publication "Under the Southern Cross".

Angus Aitken, Executive Director, has 10 years experience in Institutional Stockbroking, dealing with local and international institutions. Angus co-manages the Institutional Dealing Team with his brother Charlie. His tertiary qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce and postgraduate industry qualifications.

He has over 14 years experience in the capital markets in Australia and overseas. James spent five years in London servicing clients in the UK and Europe with a focus on companies with specialist mining mandates.
